WinPrime Lending

No Response

The bad news continues! It’s now three days since we were supposed to close and I’ve called Rick Jiao the VP of the company 3 times on Friday and twice today with no response.

There are three families, painters, carpenters, cabinet installers and other companies that have all been effected by this delay and I can’t get a straight answer.

  1. Scammer

This is an email I received from Win Prime Lending this afternoon, Hi Alex, This is what the loan officers at my company received from the VP of the company. “Hello all, I would like to express my sincerest apology for the loans that we were not able to fund this month.

We had an unexpected influx of Docs back since late last week that Funding Department got a huge backlog reviewing and funding your loans. I would not make any further excuse,

except to assure you that we did our utmost best to accomodate your request in a fairest possible manner” We are still trying to get our loan through, I will keep everyone posted.
