The gentleman that does the financing for William Raveis leaked our personal information to one of the Realtor’s according to the Realtor’s recorded voice mail.
This caused him to want to sever his relationship as a buyer’s agent with us. Not only is this unethical, but I am sure violates some Privacy Law.
We were not happy with the first house that we tried to buy from them as there were so many issues with it, coupled with the fact that the Seller’s agent was another William Raveis office.
We felt we were not represented properly.
The lead Broker refused to take our calls during the home inspection and post home inspection process and passed us off to someone else.
If you are buying a house under 200k, they won’t want to bother with you.
This agency appears to be only for the elite. A good Realtor does not violate ethics or banking privacy laws.
If you are OK with putting all of your financial and personal information on the line to get a mortgage through these folks and then have your privacy violated when they gossip amongst each other, than by all means…go with this firm.
