Save yourself from the nightmare of dealing with the Westerra Credit Union! I have a car loan with them and it takes serval months and calls to get a straight answer!
I’m still trying to pay just a principal only payment! The external transfer on their website still has not given me my verification code.
Then I thought I’d save myself the trouble and just write a check and deposit it on the app.
Guess what surprises it doesn’t work and referred me to call them.
Once I got ahold of someone they said they weren’t sure why it wasn’t working! Wow, that’s helpful (not).
He said he would call me back once he figured it out.
