Totally Useless Realtors
Totally useless realtors. I found an apt I was interested on Craigslist and emailed Werba Realty as no number was privided.
They replied to the email by telling me to call the number they provided.
I did but was told to come by and fill out an application so I did.
They said someone (maria) will get back to me. She never did.
After a few days I called the number and no one ever picked up and I couldn’t leave a voice message because the mailbox was full.
This was the case for a full week after that..eventually I gave up on them although I did pass by the place one last time a few weeks later but it seemed no one was there. How pathetic!

Be very careful with these people.
Be very careful with these people. They fix the apartments only when apartment is empty. I used to live on the building @65-05 for 4 years and they never fix my apartment. I had an old stove that needed to be change and if I wanted a new one, they had to increase the rent.
I told them to forget it because I wasn’t going to pay for something that at the end wasn’t mine. always had issues with the next door neighbor because she heard everything that was going on in my apartment. at the end I decided to move because I couldn’t take much longer the abuse. now it turns out that my security money they cannot find it.
even with me providing proof from the bank that Glenbay realty cashed the check they don’t want to give me my money back. well I guess werba realty will have to explain that to the NY attorney general. PLEASE BE VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

Racist people here telling me to call back that they have no apartment available for me
Racist people here telling me to call back that they have no apartment available for me. my HRA manager told me to call them because they help with my link program but lady is very rude with me and has bad attitude on the phone!!!!!
