Weokie Credit Union
Wast of TimeI left one credit union because they down graded their online mobile system.
One can no longer see what bills are pending and one can’t take a pic of checks to deposit.
I opened this account thinking it was better and a couple people recommended it.
Well, what a waste of time! I opened checking & savings.
Find out I had to walk out of this place without so much as a check card, but having access to my money I deposited would take 10 days.
But the kicker is it was 12 days before I received a check card and then find out checks were never ordered by the person opening my account!
What the hell!!!! This is 2016 and if a bank can’t find competent employees why the hell would I trust you with my money?
Monday morning I’m closing this crap account down and DO NOT recommend Weokie Credit Union for anyone!

have a auto loan and have had full coverage ins. on it from day one! and my ins company has sent proof of ins 4-5 times and I get a call from weokie stating they put insurance on my loan making my payment go 225.00 more a month from what i pay now and i said hell no!
and so once again my Insurance Co. sent proof again and now PETE told me they did rec. proof finally but ive called 3 times today to make sure they took all charges off and guess what cant find PETE at all left 2 voice mails and no return call yet! not good service
these people are a complete ripoff.

I recently became the victim of identity theft.
I recently became the victim of identity theft. I went to Weokie to close out my accounts and open new ones. My account was drained and there were overdraft charges. 3 hours later the accounts were closed and new ones reopened. I ordered a new debit card and checks, or so I thought.
I followed up 10 days later as I hadn’t received either and was told they were on their way and to be patient. 10 additional days have passed and still no replacement checks or debit card. I followed up again this morning only to be told the checks and card were never ordered in the first place. I asked if they could rush the debit card as this has been a huge inconvenience for a month now.
The gentleman on the phone immediately said “NO”, you have to wait the 7-10 days. I stated that I had already waited that timeframe x3… He didn’t seem to care and that it wasn’t his problem. Very disappointed in this credit union and overall lack of customer service. Identity theft is very stressful but the credit union was not there for me to ease the burden in any way!!
