If you enjoy being strung along, jump through multiple hoops only to have your application declined at the very end, go with these guys. They’re excellent at that and do a great job.
To make a long story short, applied multiple times, gave them everything they needed and was declined at the end after 2 months.
Worst yet, we were the highest bidder on a home only to have it derailed and sabotaged by this lender and lost the house after they spoke to the selling agent.
That’s GREAT customer service for you.
I get that every loan and situation is different, however, as a savvy home buyer who has completed 4 mortgages, HELOC, and a residential construction loan, these guys are the absolute WORST.
I’m ASHAMED to be a banking customer and will tell my friends and family to stay far away.
I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere and will pull my PMA account out to another financial institution.
You would think that after their negative publicity from their unauthorized account scandal, they would try to improve their customer service.
