My mother ordered from weed-crew a month back. These guys list all kinds of stuffs. But I doubt that they even have anything in real. My mother was in need for huge amount of kief and flowers. She ordered the same from Weed Crew. I was not aware of the same. I only came to know after these guys started harassing her on calls and emails.
She made the payment and they were not ready to deliver it to her address. They were asking for $600 as some sort of delivery security amount. This money was to insure their drivers and sanitation. They were continuously calling for the money. While my mother was making the payment, no such thing was intimated to her.
My mother needed the products as she started hospice care for her illness. And, we needed them urgently. However, whenever she called them, they would ask for more money. When she asked me to help with this order, I called these guys. And, the bluntly told me that they would only deliver if the deposit was made. Not only that, they also said that they won’t initiate any refunds from their end.
This was completely unacceptable. They told me that the fedx needs that deposit to deliver the product to our address. This is bullshit. I spoke to the fedx customer care and even connected with the manager to understand about the security deposit term. And, he said that they do not charge such fee. Also, the guy from fedx informed me that they would never deliver for such companies that have so many scams registered against them.
This made me all ears. I did check the online reviews only to find out that there were plenty of negative reviews posted online. And, all of those suggested that these guys never deliver. I did not need more proofs. I asked the weed-crew to return the amount that my mother paid. They did not agree. They straight away told me that they won’t be able to refund the amount. And, they kept insisting on paying that security amount.
I even told them about my conversation with the guy from fedx and they started abusing me. These guys have no ethics. They only know how to scam customers. If they call you for offers, never pay attention to them. They have this chat help on their website. If you would ask questions, they would be very polite and would offer to deliver the products in matter of days. However, that never happens.
You would only be left with their phone calls. They keep calling at odd times to remind us of the delivery fee. Stay away from these predators. You will only repent later. They did not even leave my old mother who is critically sick. I am going to post my complaint everywhere I can. These guys must be shut down. Or else, they will keep scamming others. Do not order from Weed-crew. These monsters will take away your money.

My experience here has been noting but the best. This is my first time in town and luckily i bump on this website while searching for dispensaries near me. despite the negative reviews i found on there i decide to give them a try you never know who is telling the true or not. surprisingly my order came in withing 27minutes. i was so surprised and asked why all the bad reviews they had on there and was informed its usually from competitors trying to gain the markets so they turn to write down negative reviews. They are my go for weed shop. My advice is try to get an experience and not be fooled by scammers competitors who try to divert your attention to come buy from them. Your choice

100% a scam. I can’t believe I fell for it. They will get you to send them money any way they can and it’s completely made up.

Sure. Was in the Laporte area on 4/2. Found this site via Google search. Drove to the address listed and started chat online. Person on other end indicated delivery only but could walk out and hand me order curbside. I agreed and they next indicated zelle would be approved method of payment. They gave a name of Jonathan Rush with email address of [email protected]. I added successfully, placed order, and the person in chat confirmed seeing and receipt. Order total was $310. I then asked who/what to be looking for upon coming out and said the vehicle I was waiting in. They indicated wearing a red shirt. 2 min passed and the person in chat said their boss indicated that I needed to spend $700. I said no thanks and to please send the money back and they said had to wait 7 days. There is no mention of a minimum amount to spend anywhere on the site nor did the person in chat mention that beforehand. The person never showed. I immediately called Chase and they indicated that since the transaction was accepted easiest and best was for person on other end to simply send back. They also recommended to file police report with local authorities. I have made a request to this same address that accepted the money to send the same amount back with nothing. Also made the refund request on your site. No one also seems to answer the phone and I also see that the sales email address has been void for quite awhile now. So this is all really suspicious.
updated 5/12/21…THIS IS A SCAM. wished I would have googled. The response on this thread from owner is complete bullshit. Twice went thru exercise of them physically sending me a 5 digit code to confirm my address even though I paid them directly via zelle. Confirmed the code right away then its take a picture, when I do that, then its take a picture of the envelope. Once I do that it is please hold and then crickets. The cowards NEVER answer the phone. So then after blowing them up via text they ask if I have CashApp. I immediately shared my personal link to refund me directly and then they start asking if I accept bitcoin. THIS IS 100% A SCAM. DONT GET TAKEN FOR THE RIDE OR WASTE TIME. Report to Chase as they use Zelle along with the FBI. I am now in touch with the FBI. I am now on the way to Chase bank. THIS IS A FULL SCAM. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE NAMES AND NOT REAL.

This is a total scam! When you reply to the postcard for a refund, they use your address as their store front. The FBI needs to be notified about weed crew net! Do not do business with them, it’s a scam!
