Urban Outfitters

When I learned that there would be an Urban Outfitters at this location, I was thrilled. I usually love their selection of fun clothing and kitschy housewares and have been a frequent shopper at the Georgetown location. Sadly, the new location suffers a bit from “aren’t you lucky to be able to shop here?”-it’s.

The selection here seems to be less upscale, and they seem to have fewer staff per customer. Perhaps it’s a sign of the times and the poor economy, but I think I would have preferred greater attention to the original store rather than expansion at the price of service and selection. Skip this one in favor of the Georgetown store.
