Terrible customer service. I make online payments with pre-filled information every month. One month their bank sent it back saying there were too many numbers.
They charged me a $40 fee. There is no way their own system would have allowed me to make such a mistake since everything was filled (and had been working fine) in advance.
I simply select the pre-filled bank account and the payment being made (this is 2 mouse clicks and absolutely no data entry).
They insist that the mistake was mine and could not have been their system. I would pay off early but they have a prepayment penalty.
It’s hard to do business with a company who can’t control their own system and their customer can’t trust it to work!
