The A-Team

Customer Service

The A-Team will not follow up with you if you are in the Market for a small home.

I contacted Chis and after he ran my credit and told me what the numbers were, he told me that he would get an employment report from my job…never did.

I was assured by a well established Realestate in Whittier that Chris was awesome and ALWAYS follows through.

I complained after many failed attempts for a call back or a follow through with an emailed question. But hit and miss, mostly miss.

So he apologized and said he would be contacting when ever I contacted him, he failed to do so again.

Then I received a text from a contact I didn’t know and the person asked if I was still looking for a home??

If I was that concerned with retaining a customer IM CALLING HIM!

I mentioned my concern, their reply was “I understand and good luck” and that there was that.

NO attempt to try and figure out a way to assist if Chris seemed unable to.

The person never shared their name with me, so that told me they weren’t interested in my business.

  1. Avoid at all cost since they aren't at all competent.

Avoid at all cost since they aren’t at all competent. I went through a broker who got the best rate with OGI but honestly they weren’t any better than the big banks. It was the same rate as BOA and Wells Fargo so it was average at best.

Everything seemed to be going ok but it was taking a little long to close. I was a little concerned about them asking questions about my account over two weeks in since I had already been pre-approved but once we found a place and signed a contract they were confused and not capable of doing their job.

I’ll say again, we were pre-approved and for an amount nearly $50,000 higher than the place we were buying and suddenly OGI feels a need to start asking for more documents. I think not a big deal they just want up to date information and it will be smooth, we’ll close early and have plenty of time to do some work before we have to leave our old place.

I couldn’t have been more wrong. OGI continued to ask for documents they knew of well in advance on the 29th day of a 30 day escrow. Here I am at risk of losing thousands of dollars for non-performance and these guys are still asking for information that they largely had. Really? They want one more pay stub? Why, the last three months of pay stubs wasn’t enough?

  2. I would never recommend this company, not even to my worse enemy.

In addition, he will run multiple hard inquires on your credit which will drop your credit score and if he knew what he was actually doing he should know better that he does not have to run hard inquires.

At this time, he has been reported to the DRE and we are waiting for a response from them. Once again, I would not trust this company. You’re better off using a well-known bank or a well-known mortgage company/direct lender.

  3. If he tells you to sell your home before you see documents, DON'T sell your home!

If you are planning on buying a home, do not use this company. Adrian Enriquez is a lying schmuck. He is very unprofessional, dishonest and unethical. He will tell you that he can get you approved and make promises he can’t keep. He will ask you to do unethical things yourself just so you can get approved.

In the end you will be out of money and this idiot will turn around and forget you ever existed. He never returns calls and he will tell you that he is working on your information. So when he is questioned about it he will tell you one thing and three weeks later he will tell you something else. Do not give this company any of your money to perform services for you.

They tell you that if they can not work with you or get you a loan they will return your money. Trust me me you will never see that money again. Do not believe him till you actually see documents that say you are pre-approved. If he tells you to sell your home before you see documents, DON’T sell your home!

  4. Scammer

  5. Nothing more to said.

This companie has good employees but I would think about using other people. Nothing more to said.
