Tom and his team have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Good rate on solar but if you need help with any thing (and no I have never been late) they refuse to help.
I would rather pay more. In fact we are in process of refinancing because of their terrible customer service.
All I needed was my account number to switch my auto pay because I had switched banks for my checking.
I am a VP of another financial institution and if any of my colleagues treated a customer the way they treated me , then they will be reprimanded.
Secondly, don’t try to call on the weekends. The hours posted are incorrect.
You will never get anyone to call you. Tried two different Saturday’s and all you get is the phone tree.
