So Unprofessional And Rude
I used Siefken Sharon Tax Service for my tax service for over 15 years and was shocked that she could be so unprofessional and rude to a long time client of hers which she was in 2014 and here is what happened.
I sent her my paperwork in February 2014 for the 2013 fiscal and she sat on it until April 1st.
When she reviewed the package and saw that I underwent a divorce at the end of 2013, she left me a phone message that she was not going to do my taxes because of the divorce and sent the paperwork back to me for me to scramble and find someone else.
I had offered to pay more if this was the issue.
She refused to call me back and I received all my paperwork on April 3rd and was left finding a new tax preparer.
My guess is there was just too much paperwork for her to do and she clearly did not want the business.
If you want to do business with someone you can count on and who treats their clients with respect, then I suggest you find someone else.
