Massive Mistake
I just got back my 2016 returns, Shauna or someone in the office put a note in my file that I had paid QTR returns which was not correct.
They did not call to verify, now I owe an additional $3000!
This is unbelievable, she even charged me double of what she charged last year and made a massive mistake.
Amazing, I would highly discourage anyone from using this accountant.
She refused to give me any type of refund and now I may be responsible for penalties and interest…..super scary stay way clear of this accountant!
