The Worst Experiences
This was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with and I have been in business for over 25 years.
Very surprised that Corcoran hires such incompetent individulals that call themselves million dollar sellers.
My broker was the worst, he didnt want to do any of the deu diligence necessary for his job, and when he had to work extra hours, he complained that he put too many hours and told us to read our own documents while we were on our honeymoon because he felt it was not his job!
I will aso mention that neither broker on our deal worked on Fridays one was too busy flying to Florida, and the other was busy taking off because he was a lazy and never returned any of our phone calls.
Professionals like these should not be in the work place.

I was pretty lost when it came to buying an apartment. All I had was an area of Manhattan I liked and a few weeks to find a place. Then in walked Jacob Wood with The Corcoran Group. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns without making me feel stupid.
He took me all over the Upper West Side to look at places and even sent me out to 9 open houses in one day! Seeing that many can be tiring but it helped me know exactly what I wanted, which I think was part of Jacob’s plan. Jacob found an apartment in a building that I really liked and with his help I was able to get the apartment, ace the interview and sign the papers.
Jacob got to know all my crazy and was still patient with me. There aren’t many agents – or people – who actually care for their clients and their happiness like Jacob does. I highly recommend Jacob to help you find your new home.
