Re/max Trinity

Lost Deposit

Rented an apartment with Re/max Trinity 3 years ago. Agent said we had to put down security deposit which will be refunded after moving out.

We just moved out of that apartment with a month notice. Landlord refused to refund deposit back.

We paid landlord last month rent as well because agent at this realtor said it was security deposit.

We cleaned the apartment inside out before leaving. Still lost deposit.

Landlord said we did not give proper notice and it was not security deposit.

It was last months rent. We moved out end of Feb. and paid rent until end of march.
