Professional Account Management

Professional Account Management Is A Sham

Professional Account Management is a sham. They are belligerent, and one of their reps was impossible to understand.

They billed me $51.50 for a $1.50 toll on the GSP that was paid, and I have the EZ pass statement showing it was paid.

I told two women this, but she said I still had to pay it or send in a letter, along with the entire month’s EZ pass statement, and once they get all the info, they will take 30-60 days to review it.

I asked to speak with someone in the executive office, and she refused. I said let me just scan it and email it or fax it to you. They refused.

I asked to speak with her superior, and she said she had many. I then asked to speak with any of them, and she refused. This company is a disgrace, and I am filing a complaint.

  1. DEVESTATED!!!!!

Recieved a collections letter for Philadelphia Parking Authority Tickets. I had 782.$ in in fees. I called and the representative informed me that I could get a settlement for 280$. And this would take care of the entire amount of my tickets. I was relieved because I was at bay due to no money. I paid the agreement upon settlement fee online.. (on 8/12/22). When I realized that I had not received a confirmation #/reciept, I called PAM and was told that the fee I paid covered the parking tickets, not the red light tickets. I informed them that their initial rep I spoke to stated that this settlement offer would cover both, they told me to hold on. After being on hold for 15 minutes, the call dropped. I called 3 more times, the phone rang, then call dropped. I spoke with with someone today 8/27/22, whom I demanded not to hang up on me. ‘Kimberly’ stated that I have a balance of 567$. I angrily explained the entire ‘settlement offer”. She put me on mute, then told me she sees two payments were made totaling 280$ (I never made 2payments. It was one payment) .Then it went from me having a balance to everything is taken care of. I requested a reciept. She stated that PAM does not provide receipts via email, that I would have to write a request letter to their ‘corporate office ” and will mail it to me paper form! Why??? I paid for this ‘debt’. No way to check where my money went PPA never received anything. This is DEVESTATING and I will NOT let this go!!!!!

  2. charge 134.15 on a .69 bill that was never received bc I move and vehicle was totaled

I have an open toll for company vehicle. my account is in goid standing and update. I got a notice from PAM that I owe 135.15 on a .69 cent bill that shiuld have been taken out of my monthly tool account. I never received statements on the .69. and the vehicle has been totaled fir 6 months. I told him that when I took it iff my account. Ive called 50 times and no kne has gitten it right to take care of bill.
No its 135.15 I reporting to BBB this is ridiculous

  3. just more and more bureaucrats with no accountability.

I paid the bill that was sent to me. I have a copy front and back of the payment and they still say I owe money. This is like the big government operation they are intended to be. just more and more bureaucrats with no accountability.

  4. Complete scam

Complete scam, they send threatening letters on behalf of NJ EzPass for fraudulent tolls that my local PD confirmed was for an invalid tag (plate) that came back to NO VEHICLE. NJ EzPass didn’t care, so they sent it to these people.

They never answer their phone so you can’t talk to anyone. Since their number is toll free however, they likely have to have a per minute charge while you are on hold so call them every chance you have and just let the phone sit!

  5. These people are scum.

They keep harassing me for Fastrak violations (even though I have a Fastrak device in each car). Finally paid the $150 to shut them up, they kept harrassing me.

I found the cancelled check and mailed them a copy showing I had paid them. They are now saying that was applied to ‘another violation’ and claiming I still owe this. Really…. These people are scum.

  6. I was also unable to locate a call associated with that telephone number."

Nightmare company from hell. PAM intercepted my 2018 CA tax return due to some unpaid parking tickets on a car I had sold to a dealership as a trade-in. All the dates of the citations occurred after the sale, and this is backed up by the Release of Liability on file with the DMV.

It’s such a headache trying to get anywhere with this beyond the shady agency. There’s no use calling them; you will be on hold an hour and get no answers.

Here’s the gem of a response PAM sent the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin after I filed a complaint against them: “While we thank Mr. S—- for providing the requested Release of Liability, we are still unable to locate an account or citation to which the license plate number listed on the Release of Liability, his name, address, or phone number is associated.

I also completed a reverse phone search as he advised that he spoke with one of our agents in his original complaint. I was also unable to locate a call associated with that telephone number.”

  7. so they sent it to these people

  8. Scammer

I received a collection notice from them for a parking citation I got two years ago. That citation was resolved within five days of it being issued, and the city courts it was issued from has no record of it ever being sent to collections, as it is not even in their records because it was dismissed.
