Unbelievably disappointed with the way PrimeLending, A PlainsCapital Company handle their business. On 8/12, I contacted my local PL office, based on a referral from a friend who had worked with them before.
I was given the mobile number for Cherish, a loan originator.
The next day I received a call back, and since then, I have quite literally had to harass them for info.
5 texts, 7 calls, and one BS excuse from Cherish who was “sick”, even though the lady in the office told me she was in and on a phone call.
Yesterday, I call the main number again, and Cherish answers- only to tell me she is working on closing someone else’s loan and SWEARS she will call me and email me.
5:00 comes around and no further communication. I’ve called three times today and they are literally ignoring my calls, but have answered my call from a different number.
I still have no idea what the status of my loan application is, because I’ve not been able to speak with anyone.
I can only assume that I did not qualify, and therefor am not of importance.
I’ve even asked to be switched to someone else to work with, and no response.
