Plush Care

They charge your card, even after you cancel!

To Plush Care – I paid the membership fee up front, was billed around $100 for the membership plus another $100 for the appointment that day. I have not had an appointment in the last 2 months, but you guys keep trying to charge my debit card, stating it’s a membership fee. So I cancelled everything with you people, and you still charge my card. Delete my card info! Refund my $100 membership fee, because you guys are crooks! Your doctor was great, but your billing dept are scammers. When you sent me an email asking how your service was, I clicked “Bad” so your site won’t let me review you. You are deceiving the public because you only let someone leave a review when they are satisfied. If I don’t have the membership fee back in my bank by Tuesday, my next step is to call the Better Business Bureau. I will never use your site again! I’m a business owner myself and I could go to prison for lying to the public like you people do! Why is it so difficult for you to be honest? Delete my card info, because your site won’t let me! Great, so now you have my card info forever. I will cancel the card, which is another inconvenience for me, but it’s not like you crooks care. People reading this, do not give them your card info. If you absolutely have to use them, cancel your card after they’re paid, or they will keep billing you every month!

  1. Double Billing

I signed up for a membership yesterday. I understood the cost would be 129.00 for my initial appointment then 14.99 monthly. I cancelled my appointment well before the 2 hr cut off time due to being in an area with slow connectivity. Plush care charged my card twice for a total of 258.00 and I have not even talked to a doctor. My advise: be very careful. It is unlikely I will be able to recover these charges and I will likely have to not only discontinue the membership but also cancel my credit card. There are probably honest sites online but this is not one.

  2. Charged monthly fee and NEVER signed up or authorized it!

Just realized I’ve been charged a monthly fee for nearly 18 months and was never told and never authorized any charge like this.

Requesting full refund from credit card company and Plushcare.

  3. Membership billing scam. No receipt ever given!

If you use Plush Care apparently you are automatically signed up for their ongoing monthly fee of $14.99
You never receive a bill/receipt for payment! Or any other “membership” information.
After 17 months of being sneakily billed, I only found out as a payment didn’t go through and they emailed asking for payment.

  4. Shady Company

I had one appointment with them. A few months later I canceled my debit card and that is how I discovered they have been charging me a hidden fee of 14.99 monthly. I had no knowledge of them doing this. I paid my fee ans gave them my insurance info. I guess it wasn’t enough money because they have to hook people for monthly fees without their knowledge. They are shady and I won’t do business with shady companies. Not worth the money nor their dishonest tactics.

  5. Not honest

It was a 10 minute online meeting with a doctor. The doctor was good. I paid $ 100 for the meeting. They also take health insurance, I indicated my policy number. My insurance fully covered this visit. But then the insurance company billed me for another visit that I never made. I canceled this. They do not want to return $ 100 and also do not contact me. They also deleted the payment confirmation message, but luckily I kept a copy.
