Their Customer ServiceI use to really like working with PlanOmatic as I believe they offer a very good product. However their customer service is so bad I don’t know whether to laugh or cry.
Last summer I hired them for a new listing I had and the photographer who I had used a handful of times previously, was great.
The photographs were supposed to be emailed to me within 24 hours but were not.
I called and emailed them multiple times during their published business hours but didn’t get them for 3 more days and had to inactivate the listing.
Cancel 2 open houses that were scheduled and I almost lost the listing because my client was so mad and thought I was to blame.
Planomatic did reach out to the client to explain the issue in the delay which is that they were using an old email address of mine even though I had updated them with the new one (I changed brokers).
Because you pay upfront with them, the payment was applied to my CC right away but they overcharged me and never sent me an actual invoice.
I have requested a credit and an invoice since Aug and I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN EITHER!
I had an issue with them a few times prior to this with getting my pictures on time but with a simple phone call, got them immediately.
Their customer service and follow up is a complete joke.

If you didn't get it right AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, don't you think a credit is the least you could do
Where should I start? With the fact that about 2 shoots in I was stood up? Then the next shoot they were half an hour late with no apology and no way to reach anyone? Or, should I tell you about the pictures I received on 2 consecutive shoots that are absolutely NOT able to be used for fear my homes will look like they need painting and new roofing/siding etc?
Or maybe I should tell you that after two weeks of begging them to fix my photos, I received a phone call from the Manager Cristin Barringer who told me that she would credit me the shoot to retain me as a customer???? What????? If you didn’t get it right AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, don’t you think a credit is the least you could do?
