This Company Is Shady And UnethicalIs this the worse run bank/auto loan servicing company? Let me count the ways this company is awful. 1. The 1980’s called they want their website back. But it’s cool we expect you to mail things we will never receive.
Supporting USPS in the house! It’s not like a website will help mitigate some other issues you have, because we’re not about customer service here at PCCU, we are all about the money!
2. Paperwork received? For chumps. You wanted to get setup with auto pay? Cool, we’ll put it on the wrong date and then call you several times to collect.
Because you better have my money when I come to collect.
Even when we say it’s done and fixed and your payment is coming out that day we’ll still call you the next day and ask where the money is.
Did we ever collect? Who knowns…b/c we aren’t organized enough to tell!
3. Despite it being required in the State of CO to have insured cars we’ll give you a one phone call to tell you how to submit your insurance docs.
No pen? Not our problem. We’ll eventually send you a letter in the mail for Last Notice and even once you do send it, we’ll still send you a letter the next day after we got it to tell you how we’re forcing a $3K insurance plan on your loan.
B/c $3K for one year is a total reasonable rate? I mean only about 10xs the going rate of insurance aint no thang.
Did we get your document your insurance company faxed over? Probably, but we probably lost it so go suck it while having to fight us to get forced insurance off. Your fault loser, we did warn you.
Well that was only 3 ways, but I mean I’ve only had this loan for 1 month and I’m thinking I should just drain my savings because I can’t tell if this company is shady and unethical or just really poorly run with an outdated software system internally and externally.
If I had known that I would have gotten the payment coupon book up front.
Was excited i could pay my car payment with a credit card and get reward points. Until they raised the convenience fee from $2 to $16. Bummer. If I had known that I would have gotten the payment coupon book up front.
