The Terrible Customer ServiceThe terrible customer service I received At Parsley Health. I requested a refund after having not seen a doctor, not having blood work done, filling out a couple of hours of paperwork and having a very generic phone conversation with someone.
Was not feeling well which is why I sought help from them and two days before my appointment was told I could not see the doctor as I had not completed bloodwork I knew nothing about.
Very confusing process especially for someone who is not feeling well. I waited four months for the appointment.
I complained and was sent an email I requested a refund as I did not feel comfortable pursuing treatment here.
I had to fight very hard for my refund and threaten to Twitter. Then finally received a phone call from a live person.
I think parsley is onto something here but their business model is sorely lacking.
I also find it very disturbing that my one star review was removed.
Not feeling trusting at first we have and not feeling trusting – wonder how long my review will last.
CUSTOMER SERIVICE IS TERRIBLE
I purchased a product from their site and because of a glitch, it generated two order, one of which I returned and have yet to receive a refund for. Additionally, they signed me up for a vitamin subscription service that I did not opt into and charged me for that subscription as well. I have been trying to reach someone, but their is no direct line. Their chat bot dropped me twice and no one is responding to emails. I will NEVER order from them again, nor will I ever consider a membership with them—JUST TERRIBLE!
