The Terrible Customer Service

The terrible customer service I received At Parsley Health. I requested a refund after having not seen a doctor, not having blood work done, filling out a couple of hours of paperwork and having a very generic phone conversation with someone.

Was not feeling well which is why I sought help from them and two days before my appointment was told I could not see the doctor as I had not completed bloodwork I knew nothing about.

Very confusing process especially for someone who is not feeling well. I waited four months for the appointment.

I complained and was sent an email I requested a refund as I did not feel comfortable pursuing treatment here.

I had to fight very hard for my refund and threaten to Twitter. Then finally received a phone call from a live person.

I think parsley is onto something here but their business model is sorely lacking.

I also find it very disturbing that my one star review was removed.

Not feeling trusting at first we have and not feeling trusting  – wonder how long my review will last.

    Dr. Safdieh is an ice queen. Gave horrible generic advice. Was disengaged, rude and judgemental. There is no direct customer service line. They make you fill out ours paper work and do read before your call. They take zero time to understand concerns and you the usual unrealistic diet restrictions. It is a scam.

  2. CUSTOMER SERIVICE IS TERRIBLE

    I purchased a product from their site and because of a glitch, it generated two order, one of which I returned and have yet to receive a refund for. Additionally, they signed me up for a vitamin subscription service that I did not opt into and charged me for that subscription as well. I have been trying to reach someone, but their is no direct line. Their chat bot dropped me twice and no one is responding to emails. I will NEVER order from them again, nor will I ever consider a membership with them—JUST TERRIBLE!
