Pacific Union International

Money Grubbing

I rented one of there properties at 60 Otis Street. When I took position of the space the walls were a bright yellow and it had a blue carpet.

When the health inspector came in he told us we needed to remove the carpet because it was moldy.

There was also a moldy shower that we removed and turned into a utility closet.

There was only one overhead bulb for a 1110 square foot space.

The “electrical closet” is a total wreck. They sent in a few electricians who told me it was not safe.

I’m only writing this because after raising my rent 50% literally pricing me out, they now trying not to give me my whole security deposit back.

I’ve always payed my rent on time and never asked for repairs.

I even took care of the graffiti on a daily basis.

This is the type of company that is making San Francisco a heartless, money grubbing, soulless place to do business.

  1. Never Again

Tess did a wonderful job helping me sell my home. She was extremely responsive and organized, and she really did a great job of listening to my needs along the way.

  2. You've been warned.

We responded to a listing of theirs by driving all the way up from LA to view a property that turns out had a public access view landing 3 feet from the back deck of the house we were interested in. They did not mention that in the listing nor did they mention that during phone conversations.

I guess they thought we’d be OK with Joe Public and 5,000 of his closest friends joining us in our private home. Can you say “lie of omission”? ‘Cause I sure can. Especially after dealing with these crooks. I wouldn’t trust them with the disposal of my trash let alone purchasing a multi-million dollar home. You’ve been warned.
