Omnisure Group

Worse Experiences

Omnisure Group makes the pitch for your after market auto warranty of prompt service and fast response time if your vehicle needs repairs.

I have found this not to be the case although each month they promptly take your payment through auto withdrawal out of your account.

I have now lost $3000.00 in income and a week has gone by before an adjuster has been assigned and/or arrived at the dealership.

My vehicle is my livelihood and that of my family. I suggest getting an extended warranty from your automaker. Lesson learned.

Also when you do call for repairs is when you get the list of what they don’t do. To bad there’s no lemon law for auto warranties.

Here’s more 2/10/16- My FORD Dealership mechanic of over 4 years whom I also swear by met with the Royal Administration adjuster yesterday and articulately and meticulously went through the damage and the cause as well as the correct and needed repairs.

I know because he did the same thing with me not an hour later.

The warranty rep/adjuster ignored the mechanic(David) and my long term (5+ years) service advisor (Janice) profession and researched forensic breakdown with evidence to replace motor.

I have as of late been in contact and other social media websites with hundreds of others wanting to go after these companies. .

This and my suggestion of sticking with dealer warranties i.e. Ford warranties in association with the dealerships steadfast honest support and work could only help help you and vice versa.

Just google and do research on Omnigroup and Royal Administration Services see terms mention Scam and Scam Alerts and fraud.

2/10/16 update- well it’s been two weeks motor is in the FORD Shop completely torn down my regular service mechanic of over 5 years explained why the motor has to be replaced instead of the warranty adviser wanting short block leaving metal shavings in the I replaced parts thus nullifying any dealer warranty after the work is done.

My mechanic showed and explained to me in the shop shortly after.

We are next doing an on camera interview with local CBS Investigative Reporter Mike Hofeld, mechanic and myself at the dealership.

The reporter wants to hear from anyone else who has had as bad or worse experiences with Omnisure Group and/or their advising reps Royal Administrative Services.

  1. Doesn't Cover Anything

Put in a claim last January for the cable on my driver’s side door. It broke and I couldn’t open the door. Cost over $500 to get it fixed. According to them, it was “normal wear and tear” and they didn’t pay a penny. Just had the compressor go on my AC. Won’t pay again because the clutch failed. Not sure why they gave me the impression they covered repairs like these. Apparently, since it’s mechanical, they don’t cover it? What else could go wrong with a compressor such that it would be covered by this worthless insurance? Never again will I give these people ONE DIME.

  2. User is mistaken

Omnisure doesn’t sell the extended service contracts or have anything to do with what is or isn’t covered; they’re simply the 3rd party finance company to whom the monthly payments are made. The closest I can liken it to is PayPal. I’m not saying the service contract wasn’t junk, just that it’s not Omnisure who’s at fault.

  3. The management of this company should take stock of themselves.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. This company is a scam. The customer service reps actually hang up on you when you trying to get them to help.

The management of this company should take stock of themselves. You probably think your business model is good. It’s not.

  4. DO NOT!!! DO NOT do it

DO NOT!!! DO NOT do it!! This scam!! The worst!!! Shortly BS just taking your money!!!

  5. It's Not Omnisure Who's Bad

It’s Not Omnisure Who’s Bad , It’s Actually ( Marathon Administrative Group ) People Who Are Rude When You Cancel Your Policy , They Give You A Lot Of Crap And Tr To Argue With You. They Won’t Even Send You A Refund Or E – Mail Cancellation Notice . I Just Bought My Car 4 Month’s Ago And Never Even Used Or Filed A Claim With Them .

They Want Me In Turn To Send In A Reason Why I Want To Cancel And To Take My Car To A Dealership And Get The Millage Written Down And Sent To Them 1st . I Call BULLSHIT !!! Glad I Only Had Them 4 Month’s … Rip OFF And A BIG SCAM . Maybe , MARATHON ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP Should Be The Real One’s To Be GRADED !!!

    1. Someone finally understands!

The user is correct. Omnisure doesn’t sell the service contracts (aka “warranties”) or have any say over what is/isn’t covered; they’re simply a payment company (I get the name is confusing). One company sells the contract, one company takes care of the repairs, and another company processes the payments. I get it’s a confusing and frustrating setup, but Omnisure is actually a legit company. Not the same can be said for all the companies with whom the does business (or at least the reps of those companies), but… Still, stick with service contracts directly from the manufacturer.
