Oklahoma’s Credit Union Is Horrible. Their staff is very young and inexperienced. (Look at their social networking if you’d like to have a taste.)
They have a hard time understanding the even the most basic fundamentals of business.
These are hourly workers with no good supervision.
A majority of them do not have a background in finance or even hours in college.
It’s almost like walking into a life class in a high school — on “professional” day.
Everyone is wearing their business clothes, trying to act like adults but are too involved in their phones or friends (ie co-workers) to act like adults.
Rarely have I encountered unprofessional behavior of this level in a financial institution.
I have pulled all of my accounts and thankfully, have moved to another institution. (BTW, my review has to do with the 119th Street location.)
