Credit Union Is HorribleOklahoma’s Credit Union Is Horrible. Their staff is very young and inexperienced. (Look at their social networking if you’d like to have a taste.)
They have a hard time understanding the even the most basic fundamentals of business.
These are hourly workers with no good supervision.
A majority of them do not have a background in finance or even hours in college.
It’s almost like walking into a life class in a high school — on “professional” day.
Everyone is wearing their business clothes, trying to act like adults but are too involved in their phones or friends (ie co-workers) to act like adults.
Rarely have I encountered unprofessional behavior of this level in a financial institution.
I have pulled all of my accounts and thankfully, have moved to another institution. (BTW, my review has to do with the 119th Street location.)

Scammer
I was a member 4 year and then unfortunately became unemployed I did the responsible thing and close my account and left in good standing even though I was treated extremely poorly and talk to deplorably when.
I closed my account and now I am we employed and attempted to reopen my account and was told When I close my account that I was welcome back anytime and they just denied me membership so they are not loyal stay away from this Credit Union
communication was poor and I was put me in an awkward.
My first experience getting an auto loan went very well, however, the second time around was frustrating. My representative went through my pre-approval terms before finding a car but when I showed up with the seller, the terms changed drastically.
I was not informed about the new terms prior to my arrival at the branch and was surprised with all the changes. I would have walked out without getting the auto loan if the buyer had not driven over an hour to complete the transaction. In summary, communication was poor and I was put me in an awkward.
He walked me through the process that would be going on and I like that!
I called yesterday to see about refinancing my vehicle to get a lower interest rate. At first I was told that it was a little higher that what they were allowed to do BUT because of my credit and that I have used them before with a previous car, they were able to work something out that benefited me financially.
Zack S. was awesome and they also got me a lower interest rate for the loan I had at another place and both payments dropped! He walked me through the process that would be going on and I like that! I definitely recommend doing any kind of business with them!! They will do you right.
