NW HomeBuyers

The WORST Realtor Company Ever

NW HomeBuyers is the WORST realtor company ever. If i could give negative stars, this would get -10 stars. Dont go with them!

So we were trying to sell our manufacturing home asap and the manager of the park gave us their card as reference.

And i figured we might as well go with them since they have a relationship with the park manager and all.

Forwarding, I called Marjorie and she told me, Tami (the realtor) will be in touched.

So my husband met up with Tami and signed the contract and gave the keys to her.

She told us, OH this house will sell in a month!

We signed that contract in the beginning of January. We just finally signed and sold the house today (April 1st, and nope this isnt a joke)

This is the reason why I dont recommend this company:

*No kind of communication. Not even kidding. Everytime we wanted an update or talk to Tami, WE CALLED HER!

She never called us to let us know what was going on. *When i confronted Tami, no kind of sorry or reason.

She just gave attitude and said, We’ll this week I showed the home 8 times.

*I left messages to talk to Marjorie to complain and tell her this isnt right. Til this day, i havent heard from her.

*A realtor is suppose to take stress away from you plate to make things go smooth and do things you dont want to and deal with people. Nope!

We lost $5,000 and basically handed to them for not doing a thing.

And we sold our home so low but it got to a point where we felt trapped and the park space price was going to raise.

So we wanted to sell it and start over. So we did which we are relieved. But dont make our mistake! There are many way better realtors out there!

  1. I recommend Marjie Baker highly and strongly encourage people to NOT use Mark Klemmer's services.

The agency itself is wonderful and eager to help. They are friendly and have amazing profiles however we got the short end of the stick for our first homebuying experience. Our agent was Mark Klemmer. He was promising at first but as the experience progressed I found he lacked knowledge about the property he was selling and did not participate much in showing the house. He was very quiet and didn’t really sell the house.

Also while trying to place offers and figure paperwork out he was not clear in his communication, often did not keep us informed of progress, and was even short tempered and rude as well as condescending in his voicemails.

I had to call another agent Marjie Baker,to clarlify and to get me the answers to my questions and to help me find another place to begin to look at because Mark was difficult to work with. She was enthusiastic and was very sincere when trying to help us. I recommend Marjie Baker highly and strongly encourage people to NOT use Mark Klemmer’s services.

    1. When did you work with Mark?

When did you work with Mark? He is a serial child-molester and I am trying to figure out when he worked with NW Homebuyers.

  2. Because she is well known for pulling that on people.

My mother and I, both disabled, was going to purchase a mobile home through Connie Abell and she screwed us over royally. She did not submit the counter bid we placed on the home, instead, what she did was show it to another party and when the homeowner asked her what happened to the girls? She told them they couldn’t afford it. Which was a bald faced lie.

She just wanted more commissions by selling it to another party for more money. When we told another mobile home company what happened to us, he immediately replied with: Who did that to you? Connie Abell? I said yes, how did you know that?

Because she is well known for pulling that on people. I wouldn’t deal with her, even if I was buying a dog house, nor would I recommend anyone to her. She abuses her authority and the people she deals with.

Then NW Homebuyers stands behind this and screams at you for what went down, just as if you were the one to wrong someone. What a creepy company.
One day, they will get their jest desserts for their dirty dealings.

  3. Horrible customer service and phone skills.

Working with this company has been a horrible experience. They aren’t in it for the home buyer nor the home seller. We’ve worked with 3 different agents Margie, Janell, and Kimberley.

Kimberley was the only respectful agent. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service and phone skills.

  4. Don't work with nw homebuyers.

Save yourself a headache. Don’t work with nw homebuyers.
