High Racket Bait and Switch by Nine9 Agency
Definitely not worth it. Went in and was told to come the following day for a second meeting and to wear appropriate clothes for taking a head-shot. Was then told about the $499 fee and monthly $39.95. This had me confused as my grandfather and brother are both SAG actors and have never talked about paying fees to their agencies. Called my grandfather who told me he’s never heard of Nine9 and to steer clear.
Turns out, this is not an agency at all. Most people are a bit confused about this. I am in the process of applying to actual agencies and it seems like a lot of the open calls for projects are available without going through a company like Nine9. Simply reach out to those projects that are listed instead of paying this company to do it for you.
Do your research before giving anyone your money! Find an actual agency!
