Wow…this place is a rip-off. I’ve been here for at least 5 years now, and every year, they increase the fee.
It started with $80, then $200, now after 5 years, they want to charge me $500 to do a simple tax return.
They relied on the fact that a lot of people do not like to switch tax service providers and Vietnamese speaking folks that don’t know better and rip them off.
They always say they will hook you up with more money…but come on, that’s how it is for every places. Horrible and a bunch of thieves.
