February 17,2017 Automobile/Van was stolen full of work tools, and a collectible German Handgun Flare-gun. Owner is a proud collectible gun owner as understood it is a Guaranteed 2nd amendment right to bear arms as civil/constitutional law Guarantees. Criminal Charges were filed against parties involved. Reported stolen to police, NRA and USCCA “United States Conceal Carry Association”. Never heard back from the detective handling the case.

MRS. SAPERSTEIN,  THOMAS TIERNAN refused to return stolen property. Digging deep into the investigation into 2 years. BRIAN BORRA, WAYNE WINK JR and RUSS SCHERRER were involved in the possession and theft of stolen property. Occurred at 221 Laffette street Williston park New York republic. And 802 west shore road, Port Washington New York republic.
