Moving logic made every fear I had of hiring movers a reality. First problem they gave me a window of 9-11am. They called to push back the move three times to show up at 2:30pm. Secondly they quoted me for three hours it took them 6 hours minus the 30 minute commute to my new place.

While the move was taking a long time I went to check what was going on because I only seen one person which was the owner Jason moving things from my apartment. I noticed the second worker was doing all the work as I had to help him put my couch on the truck that I noticed had a slight tear from them moving it. The worker told me “He never seen this guy before today.

He came to pick me up gave me a shirt and said come with me I have some work for you”. The same worker also broke a piece of wood of my bed then said he did not do it. After being questioned again went on to convince me I didn’t really need that piece of wood and it was pointless. The owner Jason did come to replace the wood the next day.

When they left I went to turn on my tv and noticed it was broken. Unfortunately, for me they left before I noticed it because I did not notice it while they were there they are not liable. Which is my fault for failing to check everything before they left. Jason told me he ask the worker what happened to the tv.

Of course he had no idea what happened to the tv as if he did not already lie about breaking my bed. They ultimately decided they will not replace the tv since it happened after I left. Moral of this story, you get what you pay for and check all belongs before they leave the premises.

  3. A very bad experience to say the least

    A very bad experience to say the least. This job that should have taken only about 8 hours took us over 3 days and it was not even completed. We have to hire someone else to finish the things that are sitting in our garage.

    Jason was not ready to acknowledge any of his fault here and that of his people because they are not willing to listen to the complains and see it from a customer’s point of view. I helped them move and disassemble so much of the furniture and in return did not even get an appreciation or the quality that we deserve.

    I also was astonished at his nature and said that no one can judge me because I did not do anything wrong. I ended up paying a lot more than my estimate. Please do not let them fool you in saying that they will get the job done because they wont.

    If the words “You know you have really f#$ked up my day!” at 3:30pm when you still hasn’t shown up for a job that scheduled for a 8am start is all it takes you upset your apple cart then so be it. I was expecting a lot more from a small business like yours.
