It my second was probably worse customer service.

Local businesses are essential to me, and I like to visit them from time to time.

Two paintings I enjoyed last week, so I asked a lady to help me.

After she said she would be there, I saw her walking by and standing behind the desk.

I wait for my shed to return, and when it doesn’t, I approach her again.

Finally, she comes to my rescue and takes the paintings off. She then walks away.

I am left with two images, and I have to balance them. She won’t help me locate a place to put them.

It was bizarre. There was no customer service.

She didn’t even call me back to ask if there was anything else.

I thought that if I didn’t want them, I could just put them on the ground and walk away.

Anyway, I got them. She was not pleasant throughout the entire transaction.

I returned days later to collect them and explained to the worker that I was picking up a painting I had purchased a few days before.

He shouts and asks ‘what ‘??!!? I repeated myself, and he abruptly asked me if I had already paid for them.

It made me feel shaky. It was clear that the first experience with customer service was only temporary.

My second experience was likely to be worse. It was sad

    Miss Pixie was recommended to me because I was searching for a particular piece of furniture. I love ultra-modern and innovative elements, so I was disappointed. The furniture and the store were not what I was looking for. But people love this store and you might too.

    Boo, I was very disappointed with the lack of follow-up from staff regarding my recent purchase. T is place is not worth the hype and offers poor customer service.

    Customer service was insulting. Miss Pixie (owner) was extremely rude, and it’s possible she purposely farted on my girlfriend and me.
