I wish I read Lindsey’s review before doing any business with Midland Mortgage Corporation.

My experience was almost identical to Lindsey’s. Do not be deceived by the smiles and handshakes you receive when you walk into this place; those are for business and monetary purposes only.

Not only did I experience unprofessional treatment from this company, I was notified only 2 hours before that my closing meeting was to take place and that I needed to be there asap.

The particular person we worked with at Midlands liked to hide behind emails and texts and she would rarely call with any updates.

If you want to experience multiple delays with the purchasing of your home, stress out to the point of sickness on your closing day, have the company make multiple mistakes with your paperwork and deal with unprofessional people who will not contact you until days later for important issues then by all means go with this rinky dink company.

    Great atmosphere…agents are down to earth, explain the process well, and they are never pushy. Everyone needs to make money, so don’t listen to those who say money is all agents care about. No one should work for free. I look for drive and motivation and that is what this company consist of.

  2. I only giving one star because I can not put no star.

    This company sent me a bill to pay. So I paid the bill on line. The money was not apply to my account. So I just sent in over nine hundred dollar for nothing because I did not mail it.

    My reply was that the paper work did not state that the payment can not be paid on line. After a long conversation I was told to pay a certain amount. I asked after I make this payment will this clear up everything and I will not owe any thing else. I will be up to date.

    I was told ,yes you are up to date and owe nothing. Then I get a bill around a thousands dollar higher for the same thing and today they send me a another bill from 2010 for $1,537.10. I am told that I am cleared and up to date to receiving a bill. It is like they sat around thinking how to exploit more money and put a person in default to take away their home.

  3. This department is a total nightmare!

    I have had a mortgage with this company for 13 years. Never a problem except for their insurance department. This department is a total nightmare!
