Michael S. Mall

Completely unprofessional and unacceptable

I “won” a gift certificate from my hair salon to his office. I guess it was a booby prize or a zonk. I had his office do laser hair treatment to my face and they gave me third degree burns on my chin. One of the blisters popped and left a whole in my chin, when I went back and saw him directly and expressed my frustration and concerns

he said “oh it happens and what the f@&$? are you going to do about it?” Wow, completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I now have to have it cut and fixed by a real plastic surgeon. Thanks for the concern and professionalism.

  1. So very knowledgeable it's amazing.

Dr. Mall has been my physician for over 10 years. He is the best Dr. I have ever found. He is thorough, knowledgeable and cares about you like your part of a family. His staff could not be any better, you can contact them at any time and they are right there to help you.

Dr. Mall is always just a text away! I spend summers back east and fly over 2000 miles at times for my quarterly appointment and I would not have it any other way. They are absolutely the best in Las Vegas and anywhere in the country!

  2. Great Service.

I purchased a package of 5 Myers Cocktail and did my first on a Thursday, by that Saturday I felt like a new woman. I have since done 2 more. Leah at the front desk is inviting and warm.

Sylvia the medical assistant, knowing I don’t like needles, spoke with me throughout the treatment to keep my mind busy. Overall it has been a wonderful experience and I look forward to continue treatments at this location
