Not so much of a good experience with Martin Alvarado Mortgage Lending.
Martin was polite and seemed like he wanted my business, but never kept me in the loop of things in regards to my loan process (which never even happened).
At least a call or text back would have been nice informing me why my loan couldn’t be processed by his office.
Definitely going through a better refinance experience somewhere else.
