Marc Herrenbruck

Completely Unprofessional And Rude

I was in the process of buying a condo at The Shores (Richmond, CA) and was provided with Marc Herrenbruck’s contact information.

Marc was the only broker available if you were putting less than 10% down on a unit.

I readily explained to Marc that I was a first time buyer and that I was not familiar with many of the terms and acronyms used in the buying process (ie; can you please slow down and explain things to me).

Not only was Marc NOT willing to take the time and explain the financial processes required when purchasing a home, he was downright egotistical, rude, short, and clearly did not accommodating for someone in my price point.

Regardless of my willingness, responsiveness AND excellent credit standing – Marc was more concerned with ‘mansplaining’ and going out of his way to make me feel like I was NOT a priority in his ‘busy work day’. Completely unprofessional and rude.

I am now working with a *different* mortgage broker and couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience.

I advise my fellow home buyers to NEVER WORK WITH MARC HERRENBRUCK.
