I don’t recommend Logix Federal Credit Union at all. I had a 4:00pm appointment with Peter Tang because I wanted to open up a savings account and two Money Market accounts.

I had tried another branch earlier and was not treated well at all.  I thought “they can’t all be like that”

When I arrived there, the Receptionist didn’t know what I was there for even though I said what it was when I made the appointment.

She proceeded to talk to me from the front desk about the Money Market Accounts and how I would need to open up two separate savings account for each Money Market accounts.

I had not been told that information by the earlier branch I tried.

She never did let me see Peter Tang and I walked out vowing to never do business with this bank.

    This home-spun retarded business that operates like a swap-meet with no visible understanding of banking is beyond understanding. How they have a license is a mystery.

    Long time member, 32 years. Unfortunately due to on-line banking issues that up to 3 to 4 months ago were nonexistent, I for the first time have been reluctant to recommend LFCU or Logix. I have found their on-line support somewhat lacking in knowledge of on-line processes.

    I’m also of the opinion they are understaffed. I haven’t had to call often in the past, however when I have, my call was answered quickly. Now for the first time I’ve had to wait, in one instance over 8 minutes. Perhaps not long by government or other company standards, but a first for me with Logix.

    i came in as a walk in Thursday evening to finalize an auto loan & the woman in the lobby who greeted me knew i didn’t have an appointment then asked for me to have a seat. i took my seat at 330pm & the usual blonde lobby leader woman told me trisha might be able to assist me before her 5pm apt.

    yet, never made it clear if anyone would be able to help me if trisha couldn’t EVEN AFTER I MENTIONED ANYONE BUT TRISHA COULD HELP ME. i finally sat down with Ana at 515pm who didn’t even help me finish processing my 98% done auto loan.

    Trisha then rudely interrupted & asked for me to leave & reschedule an appt with her. Couple mins later, Ana had to clock out, so i was in the lobby once again. it was now 5:35 & a walk in who came in after me sat with Eugene………i literally saw eugene help two other walk in customers who arrived long after me as i was there still patiently waiting…………

    5:45 & i finally meet w Karo who finally helped me & made sure i got it all done. if i hadnt met with Freddy a week before when he helped me open my new checking acc & karo wasn’t my last impression, this would’ve definitely been my worst customer service experience ever. Tragic.

  11. There has never been an issue that they couldn't resolve for me.

    Even though this is a large branch, it still does an amazing job of friendly, polite, efficient service. I have NEVER regretted switching to this credit union. I call it a place of YES. There has never been an issue that they couldn’t resolve for me.
