What A Scam!
Worst customer service i ever had to deal with!
Leland Thompson made us send him all the financial docs, tax returns, credit card information ahead of time for the appraisal, and run our credit on top of it THEN DISAPPEARED!
When my wife followed up with him last month, he told her he is trying to work things out!
Well we got approved now by Wells Fargo and another Lender too and still nothing back from Loan lock! What a scam! Never use these crooks!!

He tried to get me to borrow more money than I needed and was dishonest about the ability to re-amortize later.
Stay away from this company and in particular a man called George Hourani. He called me out of the blue regarding refinancing the home I live in. He told me I could refinance my current mortgage for a larger amount than I needed and then buy down the mortgage (re-amortize) later , get the lender to lower my payments as the principal balance would be lower.
I called several mortgage companies I’ve done business with in the past only to find out that mortgage companies never re-amortize loans. When I called him on his dishonesty he sent me a nasty email and didn’t deny what I had found out. He tried to get me to borrow more money than I needed and was dishonest about the ability to re-amortize later.
Would highly recommend.

He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every detail to us, he was always available to talk when we needed him and he was very prompt in his email responses. We had a couple of issues with the title company that Nick took care of without me having to ask or even worry about.
Nick completed my loans as promised on the schedule that he explained at the start of the process. In the past 5 or so years I’ve completed about 5 different loans (refis and cash out refis) with Bank of America, Wells Fargo, a different mortgage broker, and the last 2 were with Nick.
Nick was by far the best! His rates were the lowest I could find and he made the process easy. I will always go back to Nick for any of my future loan needs.
