Based on my experience with LIV’s Scott Petersen I wouldn’t recommend LIV Sotheby’s International Realty – Cherry Creek at all.
Scott’s hubris was unparalleled and his incompetence with regard to comps essentially cost me my place to live after 8.5 years.
His utter lack of real estate knowledge is evidenced by the fact he convinced the seller they could expect to get 33k over what they actually received.
And when I suggested a reasonable price would be 220k I was swiftly dismissed as unknowledgeable.
The seller could have expected an immediate sale instead of having an empty property for 3 months if the listing price had been set accurately.
However, given that I was only 5k off the final sale price I’d like to offer my consultative services for your future comp needs.
