I was refereed to Lifecare Solutions by my doctors office because of the respiratory therapist they have there named Deadrick.

He is great and I thought the month it took to be seen was norm for the industry.

Speaking to coworkers who have the same insurance as me it turns out that other companies takes days where Lifecare takes months.

Getting put on hold for 30-45 minutes is the norm with this company. it is impossible to get them to return phone calls and reordering supplies is a nightmare.

I finally had enough of this shoddy company and switched my business to a company that works to deserve it.

  3. LifeCare Solutions is absolutely terrible!

    LifeCare Solutions is absolutely terrible! Their customer service is the next thing to the worst toothache you have ever had and the worst insult you have ever experienced from a company that represents itself as a healthcare company. It took me over 3 months to get CPAP supplies while this company continued over and over again to ignore phone calls even from my CPAP medical representative.

    This company has now left the area most likely 2 losing business for terrible relations with their customers and to search for other victims to frustrate.
