Jivvan is a very reliable source and he was the one that said Charlie (his web name not real name…) He had AIDS and that’s why he was in the hospital so much. If he was 2 years behind on rental why did the owner of the house board it up for then? He had some scam plan to like say he just forgot to pay rent but the maximum time someone can stay at a residence is 6months without pay going though the Rental Board. His friend with the red beard is the one who called in the Ubisoft SWATTING BoMB threat and told the police it was this innocent brown guy did it which was not possible as he does not have a phone number.
