TAKES MONEY AND PRODUCES NOTHING! Keeps begging for more time.
Purchased logo design 7/1/20. Never heard a word the entire month. Each time I emailed, I received a generic response to email a different email address. I also messaged the scam artist via fb messenger and kept getting the run around. Didn’t received anything by the end of the month so I disputed via Chase Bank (my bank). Received my money through a temporary credit. 9/18/20, I see that the provision had been reversed. I called Chase and opted to re-open the claim. after being told the fake merchant submitted a fake proof that she delivered my service/sent me a logo design. Today, 10/5/20, I call in to get an update from Chase and am told that they can’t reach do anything with fraud claims due to a third party merchant (Square) being used to make the payment. Square is a joke. I am out of $199.99 because they allow fake merchants to use their site to receive payments.
Was worth the wait
I just wanted to leave her a positive review because I have worked with her for so long! Yes, her work does take more time than cheaper marketing companies. But every time I work with her I learn a lot, and she always answers all of my questions. I made a lot of money after the last video that we launched together. Kiandria was very patient and professional with me. She is very selective of who she works with. But this was one of the nicest girls that I have ever worked with! If someone had a bad experience with her, they were probably rude or disrespectful because she talks openly about how she has dropped clients for that. I’m willing to bet those people were the ones she was talking about lol. But I have nothing but good things to say!
