After having such an experience with Keystone Puppies, I would never ever purchase another dog from Keystone Puppies. I had never heard about anything called keystonepuppies.com. I thought this was some sort of a breeder that had been in the business for several years. The breeder kept their dogs and puppies in a garage. Imagine! A garage is such a pathetic place to keep dogs. And then the term that their dogs are healthy. Bullshit! Even they are cleaner than the dog which I purchased from keystonepuppiec.com. All the kennels had dog feces laying around. I saw no bowls of water for the puppies and adults cocker spaniel. The puppy that I had purchased from them was not at all clean or good smelling. It was dirty as a garage, had a dog poop, urine on her. It came with this awful habit of eating other dog’s feces. The garage in which she was kept was very cold. The puppies were not at all socialized to the outside world. If I would have known the puppy that I purchase i.e. Tinkerbell was in such the condition that she was in, I would have never agreed to purchase her. $200 as a deposit for her was just too much. One of my friends, whom I took with myself to purchase was ready to tell me to just get up and go. He didn’t like the condition at all. He too has puppies and keeps them well-groomed, in a clean and beautiful condition. I had to start spending on this dog right from the moment I purchased this because I was concerned about the child who started playing with it.

Seeing the Tinkerbell, the one-and-a-half-year children started to play with it. I couldn’t even refuse him to play with her and couldn’t even mention that she wasn’t in a condition to play with. Instead, I had to pay $40.00 at a dog wash to wash this puppy and I could tell at that very moment that this puppy had never seen a bath. And for making her bath, what all tantrums I had to go up through! She broke up a fight for going to a bath. I know that at the start they are a little adamant, but she was very abnormal. I was told that these dogs were kept in a house. I lied about the place where the puppies were kept which is not how professional businesses work. There are others in town from where my friend got his puppies which are very honest about every minute detail regarding the puppies. Keystone Puppies seemed to be concerned only about doing business but not about grooming their puppies. If you ever happen to visit the website, it’s a total opposite of how the dogs are kept or concerned about. And whatever they tell you about the condition of their puppies is a big lie. I tried to ask a question, and I was informed that Mr. and Mrs. Lapp would be arriving at 11 am at the place of residence that they provided me and my friend the address of. My friend and I had to sit inside my vehicle for 1 hour. My friend and I arrive there at 11 am but we had to sit in my vehicle until 12 or even more, this shows their dedication towards their clients.

After coming also they didn’t come straight to the point for the talk, neither did they apologize. Such is their dedication to a person who has paid them $200 in terms of deposit. After getting the Tinkerbell cleaned, my problem didn’t end. I had to take her to a vet to get her checked because I couldn’t risk by accepting her directly. I feared if she had brought any sort of disease with her. This made me spend $100 more on her. So a dog that cost me $200, didn’t actually cost us just $200, but instead, it cost me $400 almost. And that too didn’t give me the confidence as much as my friend had while introducing her in front of other dogs. Because of the fact that she smelled so pathetic and sometimes her behavior was so abnormal. The solution offered to me by keystonepuppies.com was that I should keep a trainer. This solution was meant to take away some more money from me. Otherwise, does a Tinkerbell ever need a trainer? That too a puppy, I have also seen my friend train the puppies that he has, on his own. Without the help of anybody else. I demand compensation and to take the puppy back. I feel that keystonepuppies.com purposely do these kinds of things to make more money.

They only care about money and are not at all concerned about the quality of the puppy that they provide. After that I even happen to read the reviews online, I wasn’t the only one with complaints about the firm there were more with even more complaints. I wish I would have read about these complaints before. It was a very bad first time experience. Keystone puppies should have taken care of such facts for the first time customers at least, after that I had bought a puppy from another service provider, just for comparison. It is not at all like keystone they are very well behaved and their puppies are also very well-groomed. If you are looking to deal with keystonepuppies.com, please don’t and for some reason, you are still looking to deal with keystone, please beware and check everything in advance. Just like me you too would end up getting cheated and have a very bad experience, something that would take your love for dogs away. Because keystonepuppies.com does not at all take care of their puppies, their company and let them eat other puppies’ shit and let them urinate on each other and be in that condition for god knows, how many amounts of hours!
