Unprofessional Conducts During
I HIGHLY do not recommend. I had to deal with their unprofessional conducts during the recent tax season. I was handled by Mister Kelly’s manager who name was Ryan.
He was unable to help me over the phone to solve my issues to help me file my tax return in a timely order.
In general, Ryan was unclear, easily frustrated and rude. It was straight immature.
When trying to talk to Mister Kelly himself, he was always out or too busy which was frustrating in itself.
OVERALL, There is better quality services in this area for cheaper cost compared to what Kelly offers. Not going back next tax season.
