Beware when choosing this health insurance! You will get stuck going to ONLY their pharmacy and their customer service is TERRIBLE.
My daughter was in & out of the urgent care in 15 mins.
She was diagnosed with strep throat, burning up with a fever and the chills.
However, we sat in the downstairs pharmacy for 1 hr & 45 mins.
waiting for her simple amoxicillin. I went up to the desk over 10 times asking what was the hold up after seeing people come and go.
And my daughter was miserable and visibly upset.
Finally I got a gentleman to help me & he didn’t just shove me away.
He followed the steps all the way through to help us get my daughters meds. Oh.
And when he mentioned to his supervisor that I was asking for a customer service line to complain, she shooed him away. SMH.
But then came up to me over 30 mins later and apologized saying it was the first she had heard of my situation. No, it wasn’t.
I have since opted out of choosing Kaiser for my healthcare needs. If they left my poor sick daughter waiting in the waiting room like that, who else did they have waiting with much more contagious diagnoses. SMH.
I don’t write very many reviews, but this is one time I could not hold my tongue.
