He will file fraud disputes the second he buys something from you trying to steal your property. He expects you to ship the product the second you charge his card, so that he wants to have the stolen merchandise by the time you get the fraud dispute.
He will tell PNC Bank all sorts of lies that he had no documented proof of his lies. He will say he called you the next day to cancel the order when he doesn’t even know your address, will make up all sorts of fake delivery dates, And most of all, even though it clearly states there is no cancellation, his moron reason for ripping you off was that he changed his mind.
When his own credit card company finds the dispute in your favor, he wastes no time into contacting his credit card company again and files yet another fake dispute using the same lies and claims as he did before. Both PNC Bank and Figueroa are two-bit thieves that will be sent to jail, and PNC Bank will have the Federal Trade Commission to deal with.
