I spoke with the manager and he refuse to keep his word

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. This store sold me a mattress with BEDBUGS!! For such bad business and the trouble that this caused I was told I would get a full refund for my mattress, box spring and two other items that I purchase. When I got to the store they told me that they could only refund me for the mattress. I spoke with the manager and he refuse to keep his word and compensate me as promised. I asked him “What about having to discard my child’s bed” “Extermination fees” and the things that I had to throw away because It was infested with bedbugs from the mattress you sold me?! HORRIBLE BUSINESS! I won’t ever purchase anything from JMD Furniture ever again. I recommend that you don’t either.. If you do your taking a HUGE RISK!!

    I had an appointment scheduled for today, Saturday July 28th, for a timeframe 12-4pm. However, my merchandise has yet to arrive. I’ve been calling attempting to find out what is going on since 3:50pm, however, Mark Taylor has been telling me that he’s dealing with a family emergency, so he left the store. However, he’s been making calls to the driver in hopes of getting an update on my order, but the driver has been unresponsive.

    It is now 6:30pm and I’ve yet to hear back from Mark Taylor regarding an update. I have phoned his personal cell, 407.285.1404, as recent as 6:15pm and he sent a text message stating that he can’t talk, but would phone back in 15mins. What bothers me the most about this entire ordeal is that Destiny told me on yesterday that someone would be here from 12-4pm and I made sure to be here during those hours.

    Had I did not call for an update at 3:50pm, I wonder if I would have received some sort of communication from JMD Furniture. When I called to see what is going on, Mrs. Williams stated that she works in the call center and could only direct me to the store in Temple Hills where the driver got the set from.
