Ivy K Realty is absolutely terrible
Ivy K Realty is absolutely terrible. I have been renting from IVK Realty and put several work order requests in and 6-7 months down the line, they are still unresolved.
I talked to the manager Broker in Charge Marc Kumai and I asked if he could expedite some of the items, he asked me to give him till Friday, I said I will give a week plus Friday because I’m over the over promise and under delivering that this company has portrayed towards me.
I make my payment on time or early each month and I never resolved some of the issues.
Also several staff personnel call me from that office on the same issue most of the time… These people have a huge communication barrier.
There is avid miscommunication within the office and they send these different agents out to inquire on the same business and it is driving me crazy!
I met with Marc about the utilities because the unit we live in has no submeter.
Although, when we moved in I thought that the unit had a sub-divider to split the utilities upstairs from downstairs but it doesn’t!
I have never even gotten the utility bills, but they expect me to pay it! Not only does the property suck? The management sucks and they are rude rude rude with attitude.
Go somewhere else- I had my debit card stolen and I had just paid my rent yesterday, I asked them for my check back and he said he doesn’t need the added stress from my unit because he manages 500 properties, So Im not important? I dont care if he manages a million properties! His customer service is well below average
False accusations and complaint
First of all how does losing your debit card pertain to wanting your check back that was used to pay your rent?
Secondly how do you suffer a financial loss from our company in the amount of $2314? There is nothing in your complaint that describes how you got ripped off from our company that resulted in a financial loss to you.
Third I am the Broker In Charge of the company and not a property manager. You and I have never met about discrepancies in the utility bill. Also none of our property managers would make up an arbitrary number and expect you to pay it without showing you proof of the utility bills.
Forth I have been running a hotel in Waikiki for the past 3 years and am hardly in the office. Therefore there is no way that you and I made any contact regarding this claim.
Why don’t you leave your name and number on this complaint so that we can handle your issue if it is even true. To make a false claim and go anonymous is not only cowardice but would make me as a non biased reader feel that you are blatantly lying.
Lastly how is this complaint equivalent to being a “dirty scam”? I am disappointed that this company would even post your complaint on their website. This should be saved for a ponzi scheme, IRS call, extended auto warranty, or Nigerian e-mail scam. If you have a legitimate complaint contact your attorney and sue us or the Honolulu Board of Realtors/DCCA to file a complaint. You may call us terrible on this website but don’t you think you are more of a terrible person to lie about someone’s character and make false accusations? What kind of person would do this?
