“ONLY work InvesTex Credit Union if you are 100% completely desperate for a job!” Advice to Management If you can change the attitude and mindset of certain Upper Management then my advice would be to begin to genuinely care about the work, life balance of your employees.
To have about 50 employees total give or take and the majority be stressed out or dread coming to work is ridiculous. Stop abusing your employees!
Not providing help, not hiring more staff and not allowing overtime depicts how much Upper Management truly doesn’t care about it’s employees or the conditions under which they have to work everyday.
Care to know about what is going on in the different branches and departments operationally.
Maybe then most of the new people you hire will stay longer than just a couple of months before quitting.
But honestly at this point, the damage is so severe that the major solution to these problems would be to replace certain Upper Management personnel with Leaders that value their employees first and their actions back it up.
But for some reason, “Free Food Fridays” and so called “great benefits” are supposed to make up for being underpaid and unrealistic work expectations.
“Making Lives Better” truly is their slogan for the Members.
This is not a slogan for the employees that work hard there everyday.
