I Am Very Unsatisfied

I’ve called Insight Vision Center 4 times on different days for an appointment and each time I’ve been on hold for more than 10-15 minutes.

I’ve tried to reach the referral center and the first 2 times I called in for an appointment the person who takes referral calls is not there.

The office hasn’t even closed yet, but I guess they take off earlier than expected.

The third time I called the office I am finally able to reach the referral office and I ask the person to hold for a second as I reach to grab my papers from my desk.

The call then suddenly gets disconnected.

This is my fourth time calling the office and hopefully I can get through to somebody.

I haven’t even been able to step foot into this office so all I can say about it is that it has very poor call service and I am very unsatisfied already.

  1. I would highly recommend Dr. Hiyama.

    ery friendly atmosphere, efficient and well organized. Even though we were new patients we were in and out in an hour and 15 minutes. Dr. Hiyama was very thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions.

    We felt she was very knowledgeable and gave us great information which she explained very clearly. We also really appreciated that she was not trying to sell us any products or extra tests, as did our last ophthalmologist. I would highly recommend Dr. Hiyama.

    I came here just for a regular eye exam and to get new frames but wow was I impressed. The staff here is great, super friendly and very helpful. Everything here was very professional and the space is great!

    The design felt modern, everything looked very well kept up, and they had some nice music playing. Their waiting room even had toys for kids which is great to keep kids entertained while they are waiting.

    I was very excited during the pre-exam when I was told that they use a different machine instead of the puff test to check my eye pressure. Many other places would have to puff my eye multiple times to get the read but they managed to do each eye in one try and I didn’t even feel a thing!

    Overall Dr. Lam and Dr. Mai have a great thing going here and I will definitely be coming back for any sort of vision questions or troubles that I may have. Would definitely recommend this place to others to check out!
