In recent years, Ilan Shimon got into general contracting for Florida homeowners.

Ilan worked with us at Rollingshield in South Florida, he was just awful to work with. I have never met anyone with such an inflated ego, it was nauseating and pathetic. As a Sales Manager, his deliverables was average or just adequate but he strongly felt his work was perfection and we should be honored to have him in our team. He is pompous, arrogant, self-absorbed and always praising his knowledge about the home improvement industry and yet, refuses to take ownership of mistakes and dismisses any poor quality of work that was under his guidance. Nothing is his fault. What a douche! Thank god he only lasted a year.
