My Linh Duong – HLB Realty Inc. promised to share us her broker commission on the date we signed a purchase contract with CalAtlantic Builder in —- on 07/03/2016.
When the Close of Escrow Deadline coming on 08/08/2016, we contacted her by emails, texts, phone calls, voicemails; she’s never responding.
Surprisingly, Brad Hung Le (My Linh’s husband) emailed to request us, “In the meantime, she would like to request you not to call or text her regarding this particular matter.”
They keep not responding regardless we contacting them and asking them what they want:
“Please show your professional co-orporation, simply email us the form we request, “HLB Realty Addendum Agreement to share Mr. ——– & Mrs. ——– your commission which is $12,000 on the purchase of ———- CA with My Linh’s signature.” The due date to have this agreement on file is on Monday 08/08/2016.
Otherwise, professionally simply email us what you want:
1- Withdraw yourself out of this purchase contract. If yes, please email us the “Broker Referral Cancellation” states that you will NOT be our agent representative effective date on 08/08/2016
2- Withdraw your offer of sharing us your broker commission
3- Change mind to offer less than of what you promised on 07/03/2016
We are looking forward to your profession-act.”
They still NOT responding. We are in the dark, they have an unfaithful plan!
We have had file a complaint to The Bureau of Real Estate about these agents- My-Linh Duong & Brad Hung Le – HLB Realty Inc. having an unlawful, dishonest performance toward their clients.
On top of that, our voice to BRE will be not only a discipline to brokers/agents have a wrong practice in the Real Estate field, but also to prevent people being their victim in the future.
